Over the years, we have been extremely successful in recruiting high calibre individuals, whether graduates or otherwise. This is clearly demonstrated by the fact that Simon Leigh, Paul Horrocks and Ben Furness all came through the ranks, from graduate recruit, to become current directors of the practice. We believe that this not only demonstrates our strong recruitment skills, but also shows the success that our intensive training programme for new starters has had and how a very successful career can be built here at Allens.

Allens are a registered Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants employer with ‘Training Office’ status. We take training very seriously and fully support our trainee accountants as they work their way through their studies.
